How is DTD? Is rush there competitive?

in the past couple years its risen from almost the very bottom to middle/middle-bottom tier. the physical house is basically a mansion. but I don't think it's too competitive to get a bid there

They're in the Sig Chi/PiKapp/DU/Shady/TDX/maybe DChi tier. Meaning, they're on the lower end of greek life but not completely irrelevant.

DU, Dchi,Sig Chi, Pikapp, DTD, TDX,
Their mid level ranges middle of mid to lower of mid

Shady is bottom tier.

Clearly someone is talking to themselves on here to make sigma chi look bad since these comments are a minute apart from each other...dtd mid-bottom, sig chi is mid.
