How is Sigma Chi? Are they a frat that's really hard to get a bid from?

It was fairly competitive first semester because they mix with middle sororities but dry haze. Idk how the house is on the inside but the outside is nice and right by west quad/the union

it was a failed attempt at making sigma chi look bad. they pregamed with pi phi last year and mix with them, deeph, and adpi the most, all of whom are middle
