Probably the best rating on here so far. Not sure if snu has proved to be the the top of mid tier though, but they are definitely on the rise with their house and decent PC. Chi Phi for sure deserves to be top tier now.

Only big mess up is DTD. They should be ahead of DU.

Snu will definitely rise with the pike house and based on their national rankings if they throw great bangers and tailgates they will be with Theta chi and phi psi in no time
