aepi vs dke & fiji

I recently came out with a discussion post titled "Frat ranks to end all frat ranks (with explanations)" that received really positive feedback from the greek community. Something interesting was brought up in the comments section about putting DKE and Fiji above Aepi. In the original post I decided to put aepi below phi psi and ox to show that aepi is dropping but above fiji and dke because I didn't think the greek community was ready to see a traditionally top house move to middle top. However, I do believe that DKE is better than aepi right now and fiji is on par with aepi but maybe a little bit better. I think it is also worth noting that AEPi's pgp is tridelt which in my opinion is a very big factor in rankings. Do they deserve to have tridelt as pgp? Probably not. But like I said, tradition is very important in greek life and it would be a very risky move for tridelt to drop aepi in exchange for fiji. If I was to make a ranking without taking tradition or aepi's pgp into account, it would look like this:

But what do you guys think? Should Fiji and DKE be ranked above Aepi? I'll also make a poll to compare the 3 fraternities so make sure to cast your vote.

I know some DKE kids in the frosh PC and theyre mad chill. Aepi kids are a bunch of herbs

Dke: Shot up to the top tier last year. Crazy insane parties, joints with top frats like theta chi, and mixers exclusively with phi/kappa/ddd/aephi. Pc is very fun this year, the boys are very social and attractive.
Aepi: Traditionally a good house but bad pc this year. Boys are not as good looking as last year and parties seem to be lacking the same energy as it used to. Top 3 house last year, maybe top 5 this year...still good parties though. PC has some cool and cute kids but overall just not hot at all.
Fiji: Rising to the lower end top as well but does not mix with top sororitys. Usually skrappa and axo. Oftentimes mixers with phi but not as much as dke/aepi, and kappa/ddd rarely go to fiji.
Top 5 fraternities at Michigan in my opinion, open to debate of course, are in order--
Theta Chi
Phi Psi
DKE
Aepi
Fiji
