Which frats have the best physical houses?

Best (in no order): Beta (can't drink in the house), DTD, DU, Phi delt (can drink in the basement), Fiji, Pike, Triangle, and (obviously) SAE

Runners up: Theta Chi, Chi Psi, Sigma Chi, Chi Phi, maybe Sig or DKE if they weren't so damn far

OK: Sammy, PiKapps, Lambda

All the other ones are physically lacking

And TDX (Phi Psi's old house) is one of the best too

Pike's won't be theirs for long. Heard Sigma Nu is taking it back for the 14-15 year.
