good upper mid frat houses
by: YoI’m rushing winter because all the top tier houses I rushed in the fall rejected me. What are some good upper mid/mid tier frats that I should check out in the winter??

don't go into a merged house after it happened so soon, phi delt and lambda don't get along rn. Gotta wait 4 years

/\ only the ifc fanboys hate on mergers. phi delt is better than ever running lambda with their full support throwing bangers in a chapter house with no rules. sigep and du having lit parties. mergers make better social = tighter brotherhood.

Eh it's pretty obvious if someone's only rushing for the name or if they're there because they actually fit with the other guys there

If u care about the rankings, Chi Phi is for sure top of upper mid and it looks like they are gunna be bottom of top tier pretty soon. Xi is after them and will claim the top upper mid spot if chi phi makes the jump. DChi is next and they are also a stable house that probably won't move up or down anytime soon. It get's a little iffy after this due to all the mergers and messy greek life situation in general. But imo, if u are looking for good frats to rush, these 3 are good options.
