can we talk about dchi for a second?

Completely unbiased view:

- Dchi is having the best year they've ever had: FIRE pledge class thats easily top 5 at michigan rn
- Top artists to perform at their parties ( loud luxury and chainsmokers wtf)
- Incredible tailgates every weekend
- massive pregames

I don't think its unfair to say that they're top tier now especially since pike has fallen off so hard. Can we all just agree that everyone hating on them is jealous of the great year they're having? I think at this point they've successfully moved up a tier.

PS this is an unbiased view from someone who has seen most frat slideshows, consistently been to multiple parties/pgs/tgs.
