They’re trying to pull a good off a good rush this year after taking L’s the past two years. Hardly consider them top tier as of rn and if they don’t get a good pc, they’re no better than any mid tier frat

Heard that Pike is merging with Sigma Nu because they're going to lose the house next year. Is this true?

Pike was renting the house from Sigma Nu, so now that Sigma Nu is back on campus, they get the house back. I dont think that they are merging.
