is the pdf definitely aphi?

Are we 10000% sure this pdf is APhi? As much as it makes the most sense for it to be APhi, I have to wonder how much of a coincidence it is that whoever wrote it refers to the chapter as Beta Delta when Kappa's Beta Delta chapter is here.

it literally describes phi’s house lol. I remember being rushed on the couches that girl describes and being invited back and, during later sets, seeing the other rooms she describes. Didn’t end up there so I’m only 90% sure

Not sure that it was aphi but it had to be one of the top houses (aphi Tri delt kkg). Honestly their rush is all exactly like this I’m glad it was exposed because these houses are stuck up and need to re-evaluate

I have no doubt in my mind that Alpha Phi is just as catty as the PDF but they rank on scores of 1-5, not 1-10. DDD is 1-4. So...Kappa?

how would u know they rank that way unless ur in aphi, which in that case u can stop trying to use other houses as scapegoats kow

1 million percent positive this is alpha phi. The score cards. The term "external". The coding at the door of CG, MG, etc. That is definitely aphi.
