Yes, but depends on the house...that doesn't always mean you are cut though. Go to the second open houses of the places you think you will fit best and take it from there.

So, the top tier and most mids have since before rush started, so if you don't know that, ah, doesn't look too good.

Or do go to the second open houses, especially at different houses and especially if your cool so that you can see if you like other houses and they can see if they like you
