Agree with everything but come on some disaffiliated frats are still relevant no? I mean they cant have pregame partners and parties get shut down but I mean they are still cool

50% of the "top tier" houses are disaffiliated from the U of M IFC. Watch what happened in 2019 when the U of M IFC fraternities cannot rush freshmen in the fall semester and the AAIFC can. No way competitive "top tier" or even "mid tier" houses can afford to sit on the sidelines during fall semester recruiting next year. Will be interesting to see if the U of M IFC ignores dirty rush like they do mergers fraternities that make a mockery of the rules.
