Phi Psi must be alcohol-free while living in Phi Delt, so fall rush is going to be much more difficult for them this year. They may fall out of top tier if PC is awkward.

lambda is not merging so much as they are being taken over by phi delt. definitely move them up to top of mid.

The term merger is misleading. Mergers are really takeovers by a stronger house that got kicked, so old house members usually get marginalized as new members take the lead.
