popular with solid brotherhood i guess

Some really good looking guys others not so much, girls seem to like them a lot. Popular on campus but would probably be a better frat at a less jappy school. Have a huge house and the guys are pretty genuine and nice to everyone (while other frats that are considered worse are much douchier). Don't have great parties but good PC's keep them up there. Don't understand the comment about huge pc's and them not being friends, they have same size as other top, upper-middles (besides aepi) and all the guys seem to be really close to each other.

Probably the most down to earth top tier frat. They don’t act like they’re superior to everyone else and sororities like them for that. They have a really nice house, and I’d say either them or psi u have the nicest house on campus. Also seem to have a close brotherhood, which isn’t common among other top tier frats. Only downside is they’re very lowkey and not involved on campus, and no one ever knows whether they’re on sopro or not. Either way tho they still find a way to have good parties and do very well socially.

It is a very classy fraternity, and the guys are especially hot.
