Is psi upsilon back on campus? I saw their house being renovated

they recolonized but are pretty terrible right now. Can't imagine they'll ever get back to the status they used to have.

Def not near being top tier but wouldn’t call them terrible either. They just got their house back which is arguably the best house/location on campus, so it just comes down to how well they do during rush.
