Dke shouldn't be on the list.
Chi phi down for sure, they're still not pike or asig level even though they've def gotten better recently, could be there in a year or so
Dchi down IMO but I guess w/out zbt you could make the argument they deserve that spot
DU up, people sleep on their location because they haven't had a PGP recently but w/ zta their lot is going to be f'ing packed every weekend this year. Also hear they got some interesting moves for welcome week so we'll see how that turns out
If I had to throw another "2c" in there it'd probably be DTD as much as I hate to say it, but there's just no one left anymore lol

He could have friends in DU I'm sure they're talking themselves up a lot to people they know. I'm skeptical tbh
