by: michiganmanApparently Sigma Nu is coming back next year and moving into Pike's house. I also heard they were a top tier frat before they got kicked off campus. What will it be like? Will they still be a top house?

They actually have had their charter this whole time but have been irrelevant enough that it will basically be like they're restarting. The Pike house was originally theirs.
Just because you used to be top tier before you got canned has no bearing on your current status. Beta, ATO, LXA and dry delt were all top tier at some point but suck ass these days.

The university bought their house. Even if they do come back, they will not be able to live there.

The house is alumni owned, current records (as of dec. 11, 2015) show that phi alumni corp own the house. Stop posting misinformation.

Yeah no... I have a girl friend who is living in the psi u house next year and has already signed the lease

Your girlfriend only signed for one more year. That is because Psi U will need to build up #"s for the 2016-17 school year before they can move into their house. Psi U will retake their house for the 2017-18 school year and beyond.

There wasn't much of a difference between them--they were all considered top tier.
