why is chi phi top tier?

Someone explain. They got chi o. Great. Asig gave them up and pike refused them. Asig was still mid when they had chi o. Even then, chi phi is still creepy af. Cant wait to get a ton of downvotes from the chi phis that live on this site

there not top tier. just cause they made a few greek rank posts proclaiming themselves as that doesnt mean its true. ask anyone in a top frat or sorority and they wouldn't know what you're talking about.

um I dont know much about ranks but I do know I've seen them mix a lot more with SK and AXO this past semester than ADPi and DG like they did in the fall. This is not new information lol
