what is pledging/hazing like at the top frats?

I was wondering what the pledge process/ hazing was like at the top frats like PHI PSI, PIKE, and FIJI etc. Also, what are the odds of getting a bid?

Hazing? All fraternities at the University of Michigan are non hazing fraternities

I would recommend rushing dke, theta chi and asig. They dont haze hard and you will have a very simple and relaxing pledge term.
