difference between an upper/mid/lower tier frat bid

What is the difference between an average theta chi/phi psi/aepi kid and say a sig chi/lambda and than a ksig/tdx/dsig kid. Why couldn’t say a ksig get a bid at say chi phi or theta chi? I think this is an important discussion. I know wealth/looks matter but if you’re not awkward how do you end up in lower tier?

If you don’t know how to dap a kid up, you’re not going top tier. If you go to rush events, give people regular ass daps and not weird ass ones you will be fine. This, honestly, is the reason you will not be asked to come back.
