so what is the deal with dke?

Not making this thread to bash them, but what is their deal? Do they affiliate with any IFC or panhel frats/sororitys and have socials? All I know is that they are off-campus and in a really random location. And who are these kids? I have never met anybody in this frat.

They were a historic chapter with a long, rich history at Umich. A few years ago they sold out and undid 160 years worth of chapter history in order to merge with sig because they thought they would have better mixers.

So are you saying they should not have done the merger? They mix with way better sororitys now than before even though they are kicked off.

I am not sure why everyone on this site is so against mergers. Dke literally used to mix with pi phi and gamma phi before. Even if they are off campus they have objectively better socials now.
