Chi Phi had a good year with darties and late nights. DU only rising because of SigEp, sold out their brotherhood for partying. Lambda (same reason as DU). ASig and Psi U could kill it on Hill St if they get along.

Pretty sure DU merged for financial reasons rather than parties. Unlike lambda DU could survive on their own and have decent parties
