why tiers exist?

simple. looks. sororitys are ranked based on looks. frats can be the same on literally everything except the girls that want to talk to them. Rush where u like, but dont be sad if ur not talking to the hottest girls.

True that sororitys are ranked based on looks but frats are not. If they were, Aepi would be down with TDX.
