which mergers are confirmed?

There is a lot of rumors on here about mergers (Regarding Sigep, DU, ZBT and Phi delt), but which ones are confirmed?

du and sigep are merging. zbt and phi delt cant merge because they did not drop their charters, they had them revoked.

Sigep merger is unrecognized since they still have their charter.
