zbt should merge with sig chi

Zbt probably wont go rogue again beacause they are losing 640 next year so they will need to merge. Sig chi has a great house, great location and are probably the best fraternity nationally but they are falling fast. It would be a perfect merger target.

Sig did it with DKE and Sammy kind of did it with Dchi. And it doesnt matter who Sig Chi mixes with because ZBT would make them better and give them a completely new social schedule.

This would actually make sense. One dying frat with a great house and location and another frat that was gaining momentum but is displaced. If Sig chi doesnt do it then another frat will eventually

ZBT could probably find a better frat that would take them but Sig Chi would be a good bet because their house and location are amazing.
