They definitely are! You're actually in a better position than most other sophomores because you have an indisputable reason as to why you didn't rush this past fall. You don't need to explain why you dropped or why you chose not to rush or participate in COB this year because you haven't gotten to campus yet. While there may still be a few houses who exclusively take freshmen, you are otherwise in as good a position as anyone going through recruitment. Good luck and I hope you find your home!
