best middle tier

Who's the best of the middle tier? I know I'm not cut out for top tier but am pretty sure I can get a bid from Theta Xi, Chi Phi, Sig Ep, etc.

Well Skrappa mixes with chi phi the most out of the three. AXO has mixed with sig ep and chi phi more than xi. I would say chi phi and sig ep. Sig ep might be losing house soon though so not sure whats going on there. I don't know any girls from axo or skrappa that go to xi though.

1)Chi Phi 2) Sig Ep 3) Xi, with Sig Ep trending down and chi phi and theta xi trending up. Chi Phi has the best late nights, Sig Ep has the best tailgates even without pgp, and Xi has the best brotherhood.

From a girl's perspective, Xi has had the best pledge classes by far for the past few semesters out of those frats so I would consider them the top of their tier.
