What are your guys' opinions on all the State Street houses? Why do none of them seem to be very relevant?

eh it's all relative. chi psi and sigma chi throw down but are not always well liked, shady is surprisingly fratty but they have a bad rep, tdx is awkward as hell and beta is sober so therefore they suck

It used to be that phi psi was the only good house on State Street. Now that they're gone, it looks like some other places have been gaining somewhat more of a reputation

Sigma Chi is awesome and throws the best pregames on state street, followed by Chi Psi. The rest are irrelevant

I find it hilarious that people think any one State Street house is better than another. It's safe to say that all of the houses are all low-mid tier at this point and are only gonna stay there. Except for Beta, they are the bottom of the bottom.

hey man, everyone is entitled to their opinion. its dumblicks like you who think that the fraternity rankings are some sort of 'fact'. Pardon my french but, how the eff can their be a rankings list when you got a kid in fraternity A who is a total loser low life gossip not getting good grades/jobs/girls and a kid in fraternity B who is having a blast doing his own thing, and a 'gdi' pulling hard and doing work. vice versa the eff out of what i just said and thats not just greek life but real life, kid. in your guys list: pike, sae, aepi, i cant stand those kids. Personally my rankings goes something like sigep, psi u, chi psi, sig chi, tdx, deke, sammy, and other places smaller places where guys are actually normal and decent to speak with, though to be honest they have a couple "chill guys" i cant stand either and really wouldn't defend any "frat". see ya when i dont, please never speak with me in public, or do and just make it quick.

I bet there are more genuine guys in places like Sig Chi, Chi Psi and TDX than all of the "top tier" fraternities. This whole ranking system has been taken to the extreme.
