I more/less agree with this, but must add that there is a significant drop after 10. Other than that i'd say everything is about right with a margin of error of +-1 between all these houses.

That is legitimately the worst ranking I've ever seen.

Top houses (no order):
Phi Psi, SAE, Theta Chi

Respectable houses (no order):
ZBT, Pike, Sig, Fiji, AEPi, Deke, Sammy

Somewhat relevant (no order):
Pi Kapp, SigEp, Shady, DU, Chi Phi/Psi

Sucks:

In my opinion, Pi Kapps and Shady don't belong with SigEp, DU, Chi Phi, or Chi Psi, but Deke does. So it'd be more like this:

Top houses (no order):
Phi Psi, SAE, Theta Chi

Respectable houses (no order):
ZBT, Pike, Sig, Fiji, AEPi, Sammy

Somewhat relevant (no order):
Deke, SigEp, DU, Chi Phi/Psi

no one is that stupid, or at least i hope not.. anytime a house gets ragged on, mentioned,or misrepresented, its from someone in a similar tier house who gets a little jealous.
