With the IFC suspension being lifted next semester, these are the rankings going into the winter.
Top tier frats won't be touched for a while. Theta Chi's PC this year was one of the best on campus, and they'll be able to compete for top house with Phi Psi if they keep it up. All three mix with any sorority, mostly Alpha Phi, Tridelt, and KKG.
FIJI is getting closer to being a top house and is well liked by most top and upper sororities. Pike lost more pledges in an already small pledge class and will have to do extremely well in winter rush to keep ASig from jumping them. All mix well with top sororities as well as SK and AXO.
Theta Xi went into suspension as one of the top upper mid frats and a great PC. SigEp's dry house rules clearly didn't affect them, and their new PC seems to be an improvement from the past, but a large PC means some great guys and some weird ones. Chi Phi has some great guys in their PC, but a lot of girls in upper sororities think some of the guys are creeps. All mix decently with SK and AXO, and mostly with ADPi, DG, ChiO, and Zeta.
Phi Delt and ZBT would both be a line up if they didn't get screwed by hazing investigations, probably won't have social even post-suspension.
