which frats are still having formal?

Since the suspension rumor has it that only a select amount of frats (7 or 8 from what i heard) are allowed to have Formal. Anyone know which ones they are?

you’re allowed to have any DP that has already been paid for. nothing to do with particular frats except which have already put $$ on the line.
