is pike gonna drop?

I've heard a lot of people who are super sure that Pike's gonna lose their house and drop out of the top tiers, is that true?

Honestly, they have the name which helps and they are still one of the top frats at Michigan, so if they find a good house, they will be fine. I think they will still be in the pit which will help massively. Plus, their current house is one of the worst on campus and it hasn't really hurt them. I think they have a massive satellite near the pit too (a different one from their house in the pit) which could probably double as a chapter house.
