2017 rush preference process

Which houses do you think the change—having PNMs picking 2 sororitys instead of 3 sororitys for pref—help or hurt each sorority? I’ve noticed:

Helped: DDD, Skrappa, ChiO, DG, Gamma Phi
Hurt: Kappa, AEPhi, PiPhi, AOPi, Zeta
Little to no impact: Phi, AXO, ADPi, SDT, Deeph

The decision to allow 2 pref homes instead of 3 was suggested by the NPC due to the historically small number of pnms nationwide who receive a bid from their 3rd MRABA-listed preference choice. Narrowing the pref number also sometimes cuts recruitment costs for the houses (fewer parties to throw).
