They are purchasing the old Theta property and building a new house. Check out the KD website as the house to be built looks amazing. Will put all the rest of the shacks to shame for sure. Other houses are going to have to step up the renovations to be competitive (and we all know which houses these are and can you say rats in cellar DDD and AXO.....).

The OP was correct. If you go to KD national website they have a mockup of the redone Theta house. It looks like they kept part of the exterior but knocked out the inside to make it more modern and much larger. Not sure how KD will fare here though as they seem to be mainly big down south. Also AOPi hasn't done well at all so not sure another house is such a good idea. But we might need a new house if we lose 1-2 houses.

Lol KD isn’t big is the south, it just barely exists there. I’d is bottom tier at home schools in the south

not to agree with that reply, but they probably won't demolish the Theta house as I believe it is on the register of historic places
