sig ep is now lower middel tier??
by: need to knowIs it true that Sig Ep is worse than DTD, ZBT and DU now? I am rushing and Sig Ep is my only reach frat that has called me back but if they are worse than the other mid tiers idk if I should take a bid there. None of the brothers were direct with me when I asked about the house being dry im very confused what to do

That's not going to work. All National Fraternities & Sororities care about is protecting their Brand, and they don't care how many chapter(s) they close and how many Alumni they piss off. It;s no longer a brotherhood/sisterhood....It's a business plain and simple.

I used to think SigEp was a great group of guys who you could call if you ever need something, but that's definitely a surface impression. The recent PCs are filled with self-absorbed, condescending, rude jerks, who clearly have a misshapen notion of what constitutes fun. They don't hesitate to tear someone down if that person is 'below' them. Keep in mind that this is just my experience with the people I know in the particular SigEp class; I'm sure they have some redeeming qualities.

Fraternities feel happy when another fraternity gets closed/kicked off. That just means there is one less fraternity on campus to compete with. And the same goes for sororities as well.
