did frats give out most of their bids already?

I know frats started giving out bids, but how much of the pc is already filled In? 20%? 50%? 80%? Also how will they offer a bid? Over text or in person?

if a frat is interested in you, they've already given you a prebid.

As a brother in a fraternity, I can tell you that we personally have not given out any prebids. I know some fraternities have, but it varies Fromm fraternity to fraternity how they like to go about it.
