how do frats let you know if they're interested

Hi, I'm a sophomore that made very little connections freshman year. I want to rush a fraternity to enhance my social life. I was wondering how will I be informed if the frat is interested in me or not. Also any tips would be appreciated. I'm currently looking at deltasig, zbt and du. Thanks in advance!
