I am looking mainly at these 3 houses to rush. Can anyone tell me more about them, like what the guys are like, what it takes to get a bid from each, what sororities they mix with etc?

This is the most random selection of fraternities lmao. Aepi is top tier, DTD is mid and ATO is low idk if they even mix with sororities. All probably have good brotherhood but only the first two are relevant
