Whats up with the fiji dry thing? Does that make them bad to rush

Fiji is doing the Sip Ep thing of being dry. Yep, both will be dropping in the ranking this school year.

Fiji is dry unless they have a certain GPA and no conduct issues. If good GPA and good conduct, then they get a waiver from nationals and be a traditional frat.
