by: Really?Why is Phi Psi still considered top house above AEPi? Obviously Phi Psi and Theta Chi are still high up there in the top 3, but I think it is safe to say that AEPi has surpassed them in recent years. They are with Tridelt and they have th sandlot which is better than the pit, not to mention they just go harder in general.

Yeah AEPi definitely throws down hard and having Tridelt as PGPs helps, and yes the Sandlot has become increasingly hype the past few years, but it really just comes down to quality of guys. Phi Psi and OX have kids that are way cooler than AEPi. They have most of the Brother Rice kids plus east coast kids who are sorta douches but still cool and fun to throw down with. AEPi is full of kids who would be complete goobers if they didn't have $$$.

Like there are so many AEPi kids I know who would be virgins if they weren't in AEPi and they wouldn't be there in the first place if they weren't loaded and didn't know the other kids from camp etc.
