phi delt rep

Hey, I see that people tend to not really talk about Phi Delt on the same level as Theta Xi, Chi Phi, and Sig Ep in terms of partying. Why is that, or am I wrong??

You aren't wrong. Phi Delt should probably be grouped with Delta Chi and Sigma Chi. Maybe DTD, too.

true. phi delt gets grouped with chi phi, xi, and asig even tho phi delts pgp, zeta, is on a lower tier than the other pgps. they dont really get a lot of attention and dont throw down much despite having a nice house. wouldnt be surprised if ranks here do start having them lower

Cuz they arent. They dont really go as hard/dont get as good of pcs/are too nice

They are nice guys, tho if you want a decent brotherhood in a mid tier

This is dumb, they mix with the exact same sororities as those other fraternities

Most ranks you see will have all of those fraternities on the same level
