I'd say it's

Tri Delt, Phi
Skrappa, AXO, KKG
ADPi, Pi Phi
DG, ZTA, Chi O
Rest of the pack

Tri Delt is best balance of looks and attitude. Phi is hot but shallow AF. Skrappa/AXO on the rise. KKG has great half of house, rough fit for other half of house.
