Most seriously, you as a pnm you should not be worrying how many will be cut. That's the job of the initiated members! You should be looking forward to meeting our women by making your best personal impression during the recruitment process.

During sorority recruitment NPC uses the RFM system to place the largest number of pnms possible into a sorority home. Relax and have a good time!

Like any big school, it's fairly competitive, but it's not insane here like the SEC or IU or anything. Getting completely cross cut before prefs is extremely rare, though I met at least one girl who it happened to last year. What's more likely is that PNMs drop out of rush because they're not happy with the houses that actually wanted them back, which imo is kind of entitled and stupid if you're in it for the friendships at all. And drops also happen because family tragedies/freshman year being rough, can't do much about that. Otherwise, most girls find a home they're happy with. Don't worry about it, just worry about being the best version of you.
