sorority instagrams and recruitment videos

I'm a pmn and my older friends it was a good idea to look at house's instagrams and recruitment videos to get a feel for who they were but the sorority instagrams on private and also it looks like some of the recruitment videos have gotten taken down... I'm just curious as to why?
