kkg + sigep pgps??

I'm a SigEp winter pledge (whoop whoop!!) and ready to start off 2017-18 right with my new brothers. Now that Kappa has fallen down the ranks I'm hoping that we can finally mix with each other.. What are the chances that if we ask them for our next year's PGP that they will say yes? Just thinking ahead here...
