upper mid frats

I see that on almost every frat ranking at Mich it pretty much has "Theta Xi, Chi Phi, Sig Ep, and Phi Delt" as the 4 upper mid frats. Just wanted to see if I could hear a basic description of these frats, and the differences between them before I rush in the fall? Thanks!
