They're different than agd and deeph even though they're new and small because they have better girls on average than the other two. Deeph and agd have more socially awkward and unattractive girls. Plus, deeph and agd don't have the ability to move. If aopi does well next rush they could easily slide up with gphi and pi phi in a year. Deeph and agd would have to have multiple years of miracle rushes to pull out of the bottom.

they don't have the same negative connotation and the girls they got this year weren't girls who were dropped from their first picks in formal rush and had only one house left to pick in pref rounds or anything like agd and deeph are usually backups

Upperclassmen excluded, I know a bunch of girls in aoii who only had agd or deeph at prefs and I know a few who got completely cut from rush before prefs, so that's not true ^... they just don't have a reputation yet. Like I know some girls from all these houses and they're literally the same tho like a bunch of them are friends. Anyway aopi did come in with a better attitude than gphi but they also didn't recruit nearly as well, which matters bc when zeta and aephi colonized the same year, zeta recruited enough girls when old aephi didn't and then they struggled until the merger.

nah pi phi has slipped to be at least equal to gphi. Putting them down as interchangeable is the most fair at this point.

If Pi Phi and G Phi are equal, why do some frats mix with Pi Phi and refuse to mix with G Phi? Exactly.

How could either house possibly be riding on the older girls when AEPhi hardly has any rising seniors and SDT has no rising junior pledge class at all?

I think what truth meant is that frats only mix w them as a favor to the older girls like sophomores of ex theta in aephi and seniors in sdt bc of what they used to be standing wise.
