Please explain to this OOS newbie how PGPs work, what/where is the pit, etc. I have read that some frats don't have a tailgate area and don't understand how this would change from year to year. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for explaining. Don't know too many kids at UM so didn't know how it worked. So does everyone already know who PGPs are for next fall? How important is that and tailgate location to how social a frat is?

Yeah all PGPs have been decided. And it's important that a fraternity has a PGP and a tailgate (the ones that don't are typically less relevant) but the location itself generally is less important
