I grew up in Grand Blanc and black and full-pay wealthy kids got into State with those stats ever year.

The blacks at Grand Blanc were school of choice poor kids from Flint.

The rich and dumb at Grand Blanc were kids with doctor, lawyer & entrepreneur dads.

I assume if black and rich you could submit your app to MSU in crayon and get accepted.

State has a ridiculous acceptance rate. I know people with even lower stats who got accepted from my school
