better method tiers (alphabetically within tiers)

Each row is basically EQUAL or EQUAL ENOUGH with each other so they are listed alphabetically, the significant differences are between rows/tiers. Stop nitpicking individual frats or sororitys moving one spot over others.. it doesn't matter

Alpha Sig / Fiji / Pike
Chi Phi / Delta Chi / Phi Delt / SigEp / Theta Xi
DTD / DU / Sig Chi / ZBTke
