all around great, but if your going to put adpi a whole tier above dg--which is pretty accurate--chi phi should be in front of xi. the two go hand in hand.

I agree that ADPi should be above DG but they should be on the same tier. Chi phi above Xi though, ADPi and Chi Phi are a package deal
